The newly developed embedded system adapts several interesting designing concepts such as fanless design and the chassis re-design-free expansion slot. With the fanless design, users would never have to worry about the noise of the fan and the dust created, which gives user a totally reliable embedded system. The chassis re-design-free expansion slot concept is just exactly as it sounded, the users can add additional PC-104 modules right on top of the system without having to worry about remaking or re-designing the chassis. The Pipal 2025 is very suitable and recommend for several application fields such as automation solutions, telecommunication, vehicle transportation systems, industrial control, surveillance and other embedded applications under various strict environments.
Pipal 2025 is designed with AMD Geode LX-800 500MHz ultra low power consumption processor with one channel of DDR SO-DIMM memory with choices from 128MB up to 1GB. This Embedded System uses flat board fanless design, and the I/O ports are designed with 90 degrees perpendicular design providing a more convenient working environment for users. This new product provides various industrial features such as RS-244/485, PCI-104 industrial expansion module, Mini PCI wireless module expansion and Digital I/O interfaces. These interfaces create various flexible combinations suitable for automation control facilities, unmanned management or control environment, building automated control facilities, etc.
