AR Infotek launches trusted high performance Fan-less solution network security appliance - Teak 3011 for entry level market.
To offer the stable and trusted quality with high performance that's the most important in Network Security Appliance. Teak 3011 is designed with low power consumption - 2.4W AMD LX-800 CPU processor with North Bridge, AMD CS5536 south bridge and four Intel 82551ER LAN Fast Ethernet chipset. Even that's designed for entry level product, but it design concept is based on the large enterprise network performance and quality. It has FAN-less low power consumption and reliable performance that meets trusted network security appliance requirement in ROBO (Remote office, Branch office), SOHO (Small office, Home office), SMB (Small Medium Business) environment. This system offers two storage choices for your OS and application software, 2.5â slim Hard Drive and type II Compact Flash slot. The system memory is embedded with 128MB (max. up to 512MB) DDR RAM. For easy management and diagnostics, there are four auto-sensing 10/100 Fast Ethernet RJ-45 ports, two LAN port with Bypass function to keep your network is working if the appliance is out of order, one 9 pins RS-232 serial port in front panel for easy management.
In order to provide a high C/P value network security appliance in entry level market, Teak 3011 is equipped with one PCI slot for extension ability or crypto function reinforcement, offering a highly-reliable & fully integrated function in the small rack-mounted appliance platform.
Teak 3011 is based on the next generation network design concept, and has passed strict safety verification testing system. The release of Teak-3011 provides a suitable, reliable and complete solution for the market trend of time-to-market.
