RMA procedures:
- When you find any RMA units, please tell me the serial number of the units and the symptoms.
- I will check the serial number in our data base and find out whether the RMA units are still in warranty.
- I will prepare a RMA form with a RMA number on top and noted if the units are still in warranty and send the form to you.
- You can then sign and enclose the RMA form with the RMA units and send it back to us for repair.

Note: If RMA units are out of warranty and you still wish to send back for repair, we would charge a handling fee and repairing fee depending on the condition of the RMA unit. |
